DECEMBER focus: Mobility
What is mobility? Mobility is your body’s ability to move a joint through it’s full range of motion. Without mobility, it’s impossible for joints to move freely and easily. When you think about the fact that there are 350 joints in the average human body, it makes sense that, without mobility, it would be pretty difficult to move at all. When you’re body has great mobility, you’re able to move more freely and without pain.
