MAY FOCUS: BUTTS & BALANCE
This month we’re focused on glutes and balance to get you ready for spring! Class is designed to target muscles that keep you moving for life. Your glutes are your powerhouse – they support hips, protect the low back and drive everything from walking to sprinting to hiking and lifting. Pair this with balance work and we’ll create a body that’s trained to react, stabilize and be resilient. Balance isn’t just about not falling, it’s about joint integrity, coordination and confidence in real world movement.
