Each WEDNESDAY, from 9:15-10AM, join Katie for this in-person small group training at Strength Sanctuary on Milwaukee’s east side.
FEBRUARY FOCUS: HEART HEALTH  While strength training is always beneficial to the heart, this month we’ll also boost our cardiovascular endurance. Good cardiovascular endurance allows your body to move your blood efficiently; oxygen serves as the energy source for cells in your tissues and muscles. Here are some of the big wins: Lower risk of heart disease, stroke, Type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, dementia and Alzheimer’s and several types of cancer. On a functional level, good cardiovascular health allows you to do more of what you love – walking, swimming, dancing, gardening, running, skiing…everything!

  • Group size limited to EIGHT!
  • Equipment provided on site; you’re welcome to BYO mat if you prefer
  • ALL LEVELS welcome!
