Spring is here; let’s use a set of stairs and dominate a workout this week!

I don’t want to waste one more second of your time in front of a computer, so this workout is made to be memorized!

Our format is simple; remember SPRING:
Stairs for 3 minutes
Push-ups for 1 minute
Rest for 30 seconds
Ice Skaters for 1 minute
Narrow squats for 1 minute
Glute bridges for 1 minute
