Time and time again, I am reminded that we are stronger together as a team! Accomplishments are amazing in any shape they come in, and the joy of sharing them is even better.

1. Fun!
Add a variety of personalities into your workout and the fun is bound to rise! I believe we all have workout besties out there; the group that will push you when you need to be pushed, get to know you in and out of the gym and make you smile on the toughest days. 2. Accountability
From the moment, “I’ll be there” rolls off your tongue or text, the likelihood of showing up to your workout skyrockets. Use powerful language like “I will” and “I can” to help seal your commitment. Know that your presence makes all the difference to your team and your role is important!

3. Motivation
It’s a gift to be surrounded by dedicated, like-minded individuals. It doesn’t better than being surrounded by supportive people who work hard together! Plus, you’re bound to gather new ideas, new exercises and new ways to train you mind to get through the tough workouts.
